Assist the plant supervisor in managing the daily safety production work of the team
协助工厂主管管理班组的日常安全生产工作
Responsible for production process monitoring and parameters adjustment, and operational discipline assurance in daily operation
负责生产工艺的监控和参数调整，负责班组日常操作过程中的操作纪律保证工作
Coordinate resources to handle matters related to safety within the work groups.
协调资源处理班组间有关安全生产的事项
Reporting the abnormalities of the process, it is encouraged to do troubleshooting and RCA
及时汇报非正常的工艺状态，鼓励进行异常原因的分析调查
Work closely with logistics, customers, local operation team, Maintenance team, commercial team etc , and maintain good communication
与物流、客户、本地操作团队、维修团队、商务团队等紧密合作，并保持良好沟通；
Assistant to maintain/manage operation related document management system to improve the system continuously
协助操作管理文档系统使之不断优化
Other operation related activities were assigned
