Working as a Driver, you will be reporting into the Production Supervisor in a fast paced, ever evolving work environment. Each day brings new challenges and successes as you work within a positive team environment.

Job Description

• Follow Cascades safety policies and procedures, including Cascades Values
• Operating machinery such as: shuttle trucks, clamp trucks and forklifts
• Scanning and loading products and shuttling trailers between facilities
• Lift, stack and unstack articles and materials using electric & propane powered truck
• Ensure goods are stored in the correct area of the warehouse
• Load transport vehicles making sure loads are evenly and securely placed
• Maintaining high standards of quality for finished products not allowing the customer to receive damaged goods
• Ensure completion of all daily and weekly required tasks
• Comfortable performing random cycle counts, preloads, housekeeping, weekly forklift assignments
• Complete a minimum of one quality safety interaction, per rotation
• Report to your crew lead any issues, conflicts or needs

Skills & Qualifications

• Current Class ACDL License is required
• Must be able to work some evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to work in a positive team environment
• Capable of following all the designated traffic patterns
• Proficiency with computer programs
• Self-initiative to stay on task and be proactive
• Detail orientated and ability to perform all work duties
• Ability to follow all material handling guidelines
• Maintain good attendance
• Must be able to walk/stand for majority of shift (10-12 hours)
• Must be able to lift between 50-70 lbs
