1.统筹IHG官网、App、小程序等直销渠道运营，制定引流策略并监控执行，优化平台内容提升转化
2.对接携程、美团等第三方渠道及抖音、小红书等新兴平台，维护渠道合作，推进产品上架与营销内容产出
3.开展跨渠道数据分析、竞品调研，输出复盘报告与预测，挖掘增长机遇
4.协同各部门处理线上客诉、评价管理，优化宾客体验，提升酒店本地品牌知名度
5.配合完成团队协作及上级交办的其他营销相关工作
1.本科及以上学历，商务相关专业
2.3年以上中国地区电商、旅游或酒店行业经验，具备酒店相关从业背景
3.熟悉数字生态及流量到转化全流程
4.具备优秀谈判能力、商务关系维护能力及渠道/供应商管理经验
5.有整合营销（数字、社交、公关、转化）相关经验
6.具备跨部门协同能力及复杂项目全流程操盘经验
7.思维灵活，抗压性强，可统筹多项目推进，能快速解决问题
