This is a rotating position, and some duties will include operating any Main Plant machine, product safety checks, support continuous improvement processes, driving a PIT, sanitation and housekeeping, may cover for the lead operator, and other assigned duties. During any given day, the job may include moving from one unit to the next to ensure troubleshooting activities are efficiently/effectively completed.
The expectations for a Relief Operator is that you have a good viewpoint of the overall operations and execute with limited direction. The Relief will be required to demonstrate their ability to multi-task.
