Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Growth:

- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Manage candidate recruitment, screening, and placement processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize data to drive informed decisions.
Work Experience
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role, ideally within the staffing or service industry.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to the staffing industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
