Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations: manage check-ins, monitor attendance, and handle scheduling.
• Be the bridge: build strong relationships with both clients and teammates to understand needs and deliver results.
• Stay organized: ensure accurate, on-time reporting to meet both client expectations and internal goals.
• Help people succeed: assist with onboarding, training, and performance feedback to keep the team on track.
• Monitor key metrics: keep an eye on performance and attendance to ensure standards are met and exceeded.
• Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English.

The Ideal Candidate Might Have:

• 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
• A strong understanding of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients at all levels.
• Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
