Our Driver and Mechanic awards go out to those employees that go above and beyond 365 days per year. The Top Tier Mechanic is awarded to mechanics that maintain their clean maintenance streak for 10 years! The Million Mile Award is awarded to those drivers who have completed 1,000,000 driven miles. That’s literally 40 times around the world, so we make sure everyone knows about it when someone hits this milestone! Now we know local drivers may not have the opportunity to earn as many miles as regional or OTR drivers, so they also receive this award after 10 years of no incidents while driving.

The President’s Award is a yearly award given to terminals that exceed expectations in all categories. Driver Hiring Criteria

1. Must be at least 24 years of age.

2. Must have at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years and have a CDL school certificate from an accredited school. Or simply 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last four 4 years or relative military driving experience.

3. Must have no more than three (3) moving violations in five (5) years. Any speeding violation from 11 to 14 miles per hour over posted limit will be counted as two (2) violations. Any speeding violation 15 miles an hour or more over the posted limit is considered a disqualification.
